The friendly staff contributed positively to the experience, making check-in and inquiries smooth. The central location provided easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions, enhancing the stay. However, noise from the adjoining rooms disrupted sleep, and some room appliances felt outdated. Additionally, where cleanliness was mostly on point, a few areas could benefit from more attention to detail.

The staff was incredibly helpful, giving great local recommendations and even providing portable heaters when the room was a bit chilly.

However, the hotel could improve its security policies, as I was disappointed by the restrictions on guest visits, which made my stay feel less welcoming.

I woudl have expected better, considering I chose this 'elite' hotel. The smell was atrocious and the furniture looked decades old. And can we discuss the lack of housecleaning? A complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but I guess expecting that is too much for the likes of me. I just couldn’t recommend this place.

Squeaky floors disrupt sleep during the night!!! Room temperature control needs clearer instructions, and appliances feel outdated. Could definitely use a refresh to match the price tag!!!

Comfy stay with great coffee!

The location is pretty chill, just a short walk to good eats and a grocery store. The coffee shop in the supermarket serves way better coffee than the hotel’s. The breakfast was decent, and I loved having the laundry facilities. Just wish the soundproofing was better. could hear some noise from outside on the 10th floor.

The location is right in the heart of downtown Whitehorse, so it’s super easy to walk to everything. Cozy atmosphere (reminded me of my grandma’s house)! The beds were extremely comfortable.

My stay at Elite Hotel -Downtown Center- was fantastic! The room had a flat-screen TV, and I loved having a coffee machine as well as a microwave and refrigerator. The 24-hour front desk was super convenient whenever I needed assistance.

The hotel could improve on sound insulation.
